Varsity Cross-Country Takes To The Course at USN
Both cross-country teams competed for the first time on Thursday, August 29 at the USN River Campus. All the runners had nervous jitters, but they all did great once the race started. On the girl's side, Eliza Gray Neal finished in 4th place overall with a top 5 finish in a time of 14:18. As a team, the girls finished in 2nd place. On the boy's side, Smith Morris finished in 5th place overall out of 109 runners. He completed his two miles in 12:13. Every team member did an awesome job yesterday in the heat. It's going to be a fun year and us coaches can't wait to see the improvement as the season moves along. Go Runnin Hawks!

First Home Varsity Volleyball Game vs. Harpeth Hall
The varsity volleyball team showed tremendous effort with their new lineup on Friday. Sumner Hanks stood out with some impressive defensive plays and powerful attacks at the net, while Georgia Bernstein made a significant impact with a strong serving streak. Although the Hawks were defeated by Harpeth Hall, their continuous improvement is evident. The team is building on their skills and working hard each day to enhance their performance.
