• Morning Drop Off by Car

  Students can be dropped off by car between 7:28 and 7:58 AM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednesday morning, car drop off takes place between 8:28 and 8:58 AM. (Note that early care is available starting at 7:00 AM each morning.)

• Morning Walkers and Bikers

  Students who walk or bike to school may arrive between 7:28 and 7:58 AM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednesday morning, arrival can take place between 8:28 and 8:58 AM.

• Morning Bus Routes

  Our buses currently pick up at three different locations each morning. Parents are asked to sign up for one trimester at a time. 

  
  

  1) Elmington Park - (3531 West End) -Right in front of West End Middle School- departs  7:25 AM
  
  2) 12th South - Midtown Fellowship Church (2415 12th Avenue South) - departs 7:15 AM

   

  3) East Nashville - Shelby Avenue Baptist Church (1012 Shelby Ave) - departs 7:10 A.M.

  
  

  For the 2024-2025 school year, the cost is $3.00 per day for your first child and $2.00 per day for each additional sibling.Total cost for one child is $525 for the year to be billed 50% in September and 50% in January. Sign ups and payment occur on a trimester basis.
  
  Financial assistance is available for those who qualify through our Financial Aid program.

• Afternoon Pick Up by Car

  Afternoon pick up takes place at 2 PM for PreK, 3:05 PM for Lower School (K-5th Grade), and 3:20 PM for Middle School (6th - 8th Grade). Please note that pick up times vary from the times listed above depending on after school activities such as Pursuit, After School Programs, Athletics, Theater, and more.

• Afternoon Walkers and Bikers

  Students who walk and bike to school are able to return home in the same way. Parents should confirm this plan with the school well in advance to ensure student safety.

• Afternoon Bus Routes

  Bus transportation in the afternoon is not offered. Please note that our aftercare program, called “Pursuit,” along with our robust after school program offerings are options for your child until as late as 6 PM each day.
