Varsity Boys Basketball Ends Season with Big Win over BGA
The Hawks came out strong jumping out to a 13-0 lead and ending the first quarter up 16-4. It was the Harding Academy defense that led the way, with stifling defensive pressure by Smith MorrisJackson Hall, and Holden Thomas, and anchoring the defense in the paint with blocked shots from Elijah Westbrook and Avin Burditt on the rebounds. After jumping out to an early lead the boys never looked back. Executing on offense, Harding had eight players get on the scoreboard, led by Avin Burditt's 11 pts, Bantley West with 10 pts, and Smith Morris with 9 pts. These boys fought hard all season and made improvements that were evident to all who were able to watch them over the course of the season. What a way to end the '24-'25 Boys Basketball season! Go Hawks!
