Varsity Girls Lacrosse Soars to Victory Over Page
The Harding Hawks girls lacrosse team secured an impressive win against Page in a thrilling matchup. Leading the charge was Louisa Smith, who dominated the offensive end with 2 goals. Ella Grace Moats and Adrienne Numbers added one goal each to the scoreboard, keeping the Hawks in control throughout the game. At the draw circle, Caroline Sheets showcased her skill, winning 3 key draw controls, while Diane French and Louisa Smith each contributed with one. In goal, Evelyn Beauchamp was a force to be reckoned with, making 8 incredible saves to keep Page at bay and seal the victory for the Hawks. The team’s strong performance highlights that their growing momentum as they move forward in the season. Go Hawks!
Varsity Girls Lacrosse Has Tough Loss vs. Tigers
The Harding Hawks showed incredible determination in their season opener, coming out strong and fighting hard from start to finish tough loss of 10-4. Louisa Smith led the Hawks with two goals, while Ella Grace Moats and Adrienne Numbers each contributed with a goal of their own. Despite a tough call on a crease penalty, Caroline Sheets found the back of the net with a goal as well, showcasing her resilience. In goal, Evelyn Beauchamp made 5 crucial saves to keep the team in the game. Caroline Sheets also dominated in the draw circle, securing 2 draw controls, with Louisa Smith adding 1 more. Though the Hawks faced a tough loss, their effort, teamwork, and spirit were undeniable. Harding Track and Field Start Season At Ensworth
Harding Track and Field started their season at the Ensworth Track Meet and the athletes were ready to show what they have been working on since the start of the season. The weather was sunny and cold which was not the best way to run, but that did not stop Harding from competing. We are proud of how the kids pushed themselves!
